Camphill Partnership
Burro'd is excited to have found a true Venue Partner in Camphill Communities Ontario. After a successful run of The Seagull in Nov 2025 as their pilot project, the beautiful Novalis Hall in Angus, Ontario will house our full Summer 2026 production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
2025 Season Production

THE SEAGULL closed on Sunday Nov 9th, 2025 after a full-capacity run.
Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, cast & crew, and enthusiastic audiences for such a stellar first production inside Camphill's Novalis Hall!
Now set in the mid-2020s, this modern adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull revolved around the romantic and artistic conflicts between three theatre artists and their friends & family in rural, small-town Ontario. Treading the line between comedy and tragedy, Burro'd Theatre's The Seagull presented a timely take on the celebrated classic Russian tale about love, theatre, and paths not taken.
2 hour runtime, including a 15 minute intermission.
